  • For orders shipped outside Egypt, refunds and returns are generally not available.
  • However, if you still wish to return or exchange an item, the customer must cover all return shipping costs.
  • Before shipping internationally, we always confirm details with you to ensure the item you receive matches exactly what you ordered.
